Sarah Doran Personal Trainer at KT Chaloner

Sarah has always been a sporty woman and started her passion at the age of 11 playing the less expected sport of Golf until she reached county level. More recently though she’s swapped her clubs for her trainers and about 5 years ago decided to take up running again in a bid to get healthier, fitter and drop some weight herself. This passion grew and in 2010 Sarah decided to train as a personal trainer in order to help others with their fitness and weight loss goals to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Although only changing career a few years ago this hasn’t held Sarah back and she has ensured she’s combined experience with continuing development and now has a raft of qualification covering a broad spectrum of exercise and nutrition techniques. This ensures Sarah is a great personal trainer with exciting and varied sessions and personal training programmes that include nutrition and a passion for helping you train for events you’d otherwise think impossible. A perfect fit for the KT Chaloner studio.

Sarah continues her personal programme to strive towards greater fitness and has completed several 10km runs and half marathons. In 2014 she completed the Manchester Marathon, which is one of the toughest events she’s ever done – even tougher than Tough Mudder! This determination and goal orientated approach makes Sarah a perfect trainer if you want to complete your first 10km, take on a muddy challenge or accomplish a fitness event you’ve always had your eye on, but not known where to start. As if the training isn’t enough, Sarah gets stuck in and you’ll probably find she’ll be running right along side you as you complete it. She delivers personal training exactly how it should be – Personal  – and this makes her a great fit to work alongside KT Chaloner and continue the ethos of the studio.
