Booty Bootcamp

Booty Bootcamp is exactly what is says on the tin! I have created a bootcamp style workout focussed solely on increasing muscle and tightening your bottom, hips and thighs. This workout aims to torch fat via interval style training and literally “burn your buns”. We blast through 45 minutes using kettle bells, gliders, dumbbells and bodyweight until you’ve burnt maximum calories.

Many people say this is the hardest (and most often skipped) part of their programme, that’s why I’ve put together a 4-week transformation to help you tackle this area. This programme is a gruelling group workout that targets hips, bottom, thighs and abs to torch fat and tone the lower limbs. We blast through 45 minutes using kettle bells, gliders, dumbbells and body weight until you’ve burnt maximum calories. But the group workout is just one part. When you sign up for the studio based booty-bootcamp you also get all the online features: There are six home workout videos, meal plans and 100’s of recipes to compliment this workout.

We all know you can’t get anywhere training once a week even if it is with a personal training and besides, who wants a smoking butt if your top half isn’t holding it’s own as well?! That’s why there are six home workouts included in this programme.  You can do a different workout each time up to five times a week depending on your fitness and ability – just mix the workouts up! You won’t need equipment, but if you have it then bonus! The home workouts will consist of  a booty blast leg and hip workout, an abdominal workout, two different upper-body blasts,  a cardio blast, and plyometric workout giving you a well rounded whole body programme.

We’ve all heard the saying “You can’t out-train a bad diet” and that’s why I’ve included a nutritional element in all my online programmes. With Booty Bootcamp you will get 4 weekly meal plans complete with shopping lists and recipes. It takes 21 days to change a habit, so if you can follow the meal plan for 28 I reckon you’ll be a whole new person! After that you can mix and match the recipes as much as you want having made the hardest change already. The change to eating properly and effectively for the results you want.

Modern day life can often get in the way and whilst we’d love to be all ‘perfect’ when it comes to cooking wholesome and intricate meals from scratch, it’s not always possible. Even I can’t manage to cook all my meals from scratch and at times need to cut corners. There is also so much conflicting information out there about what to eat. Should you go Paleo? Should you follow a Ketogenic diet? Should you be Gluten free? Or sugar free? With Booty Bootcamp I’ve designed all the recipes to be quick and easy with the odd shortcut wherever possible. The recipes also don’t fit into any particular ‘diet’. They are all healthy, nutritious and include all food groups. If you have allergies to certain foods like gluten, dairy or anything else you will need to understand your limitations and avoid recipes that contain ingredients you’re allergic too.
